Voon Kim Cheong is a Malaysian contemporary artist, born in 1968 in Kuala Lumpur. He completed his art education at the Saito Academy in 1992 and further honed his skills under the guidance of an established artist. These include dragon boat racing, drumming, flying paper planes, and traditional dances.
