Voon Kim Cheong

Voon Kim Cheong is a Malaysian contemporary artist, born in 1968 in Kuala Lumpur. He completed his art education at the Saito Academy in 1992 and further honed his skills under the guidance of an established artist. Kim Cheong’s artistic focus lies in his captivating series titled ‘Culture Exuberance,’ which draws inspiration from the cultural aspects of traditional performances in Malaysia. These include dragon boat racing, drumming, flying paper planes, and traditional dances.
